I'm Jim VanOosten, founder of TrailAgent Solutions. I spent my career at IBM in Rochester, Minnesota — first as a software engineer, then as an IT management consultant — helping enterprise customers design and deploy real AI systems, including work alongside IBM Research on advanced AI solutions. I retired from IBM after a long career.
